Overview

Clear glazed white heavy duty plate with flat sloping edge curving to centre.

Crest: There is an underglaze transfer of State Government Crest on one side of edge in brown. Lion and Unicorn holding the Royalk Coiat of Arms with a ribbon of the words 'Deus et mon droit' (God and my right). Beneath is a black swan and some reeds and a ribbon containing the words ' CYGNIS INSIGNIS' all in black.

Reverse: Heavy rounded rim scalloping to glazed foot. Base has stamped in black a crown above 'WEMBLEY - QUALITY WARE -' in a circle with a styalised 'WB' in the centre. There are three firing stilt marks.
