Sons of Peter Shaw who arrived in WA in 1897. Ted, his brother William and 3 other siblings. Lived at 16 Stirling Road after moving from 41 Claremont Crescent. WIth the esception of Ted, the family later moved to 21 Stirling Road. Mr Edward Shaw worked for the council from the 1920s to about 1933-5 and WIlliam was a jeweller.
