19 Dunbar Road, Claremont

c. 1916
Overview

House at 19 Dunbar Road, Claremont WA near George Street. Weatherboard house with chimney at right end, tin roof and verandah along the front. Three verandah posts are visible. The house appears to be small - two rooms wide at the front and not very deep. There is a wooden door, and a window on each side. There is a gum tree on the left front side and a large tree is visible behind the house. The house is close to the street. There is a picket fence with a gap in the centre for entrance. The pickets on the right of the entrance are higher at the edges and curve down in the centre. There is a small boy Reg Veitch standing in a gap in the fence. Reg is wearing a dark jacket with a wide light coloured collar and knee length trousers with dark socks and boots.
