1992 Perth Heat Baseball Cap

Overview

A Perth Heat baseball team cap c.1992, made of 15% wool and 85% acrylic fibres. The crown is black, and the peak and top button are red. Embroidered on the front of the crown is the red and white Perth Heat logo and the words 'Perth HEAT' in white thread. Inside the cap is the manufacturer's label. On the back of the crown is a black plastic adjustable strap and the words 'Sunday Times' embroidered in white thread.

Historical information

The Perth Heat is a baseball team in the current Australian Baseball League and a foundation member of the Australian Baseball League. The team was founded in 1989.

The 'Sunday Times', embroidered on the back of the cap, is the long-established Western Australian newspaper published in Perth.
