Overview

Purple fabric with gold stitching and gold embroidered text, [Armadale / For The / and / Christ Church / Congregational / Intermediate]. Gold tassels at the upper part of pennant forming a V-shape, with an embroidered letter E within a letter C. Gold tassels at the bottom forming a V-shape. Back of pennant is a felt fabric material.

Historical information

This pennant was made by members of the Armadale Congregational Intermediate in the early 1900s. The pennant was used at the Armadale Congregational Church by the 1950s, the pennant has been stored away in a cupboard in the church supper room.
