Overview

Diary recording activities associated with the property "Newgain", located on Dumbarton Road, Dumbarton in the Shire of Toodyay, Western Australia. Also including documents found inserted into the diary pages. The diary was written by Frank Twine.
a) A board bound beige coloured foolscap diary headed COLLINS' SCRIBBLING DIARY 1931.There are 3 or 4 days to a page with entries in pencil or ink. The pages are interleaved with blotting paper. All entries by Frank Twine.
b) A cream coloured delivery docket No. 518 J from Westralian Farmers Ltd for grain delivery to Toodyay Siding dated 10/1/31.
c) A hand written note by Frank Twine showing Wheat, Barley and Oats sown at June 1931. A total of 156 Acres. He also shows in July 1931 his holding of sheepstock amounting to 737.
d) 2 bank deposit slips.
