Australian Red Cross Society felt pennant
Australian Red Cross Society thick felt cream coloured pennant featuring the initials 'A R C S' printed in red around a red cross in a square formation. The 'A' and 'R' are either side of the top vertical arm of the cross, and the 'C' and 'S' are either side of the lower arm.
The pennant has a stitched groove at the wide end into which a piece of timber could be threaded to make a flag.
The reverse has the same logo, but each of the letters is printed onto a square cream background, rather than straight onto the felt as on the front.
Little is known about the age or use of this item.
