This image is taken somewhere between modern Seymour Street and Stewart Street, where they intersect with Middleton Beach Road. The landowner, Charles Tuckfield, and his daughter, Winifred, are standing in the foreground. To the middle right of the image is the main house, "Lake View" . Lake Seppings is just beyond the tree line in the background. In the centre left of the image is Tuckfield's patent water pumping windmill.
