Copy of photo in frame.
Image: Picture is a collection of portrait photographs of 18 men (Councillors). Photos are oval and are sepia toned. The photo of the Mayor is bigger than the others and is surrounded by a decoration. Near the top of the photo is 'Subiaco Municipality 1924-25'. In the bottom right corner is a signature 'Ruskin Studio'. Surrounding the photo is a dark cream coloured mount with a white border. Photo and mount are covered by glass. At bottom centre near the frame is a plaque. It reads 'Presented to the City of Subiaco by the Shire of Albany on the Occasion of our Shared Centenary, 10 April 1996'.

Frame: The frame is wooden with a gold trim on the inside edge near the glass.
Reverse: The reverse has white backing card with brown sticky tape joining the card to the frame. A hanging cord is attached. Bottom right corner has 'Seal of Protection. This artwork has been framed with conservation quality Brainbridge Alphamat. Ref: 816A. Date 4/96.' To the left is a yellow sticker 'Framed by Haese's Picture Framing. 99 Lockyer Avenue, Albany, W.A. 6330 - Tel 417893'. On the bottom corners are round pieces of foam for padding.
