1986B/W. Front facade of two storied building, single gable on top of parapet wall. Wood verandah at second level over pavement in Bay View Terrace. Chemist shop with partial view of building to left - Perth Building Society. Balcony verandah has wood rails between wood verandah posts with wood arch. Advertising sign for [OSTEOPATHIC HEALTH CLINIC] & [Roy C Warner DO] on wall between verandah doors to balcony at top level.
Original building built by Mr A.E. Golder in 1925. Renovated twice, including upstairs living quarters where Edith lived. Preservation of 1925 cantilever balcony means building's original charm has been preserved. In 1958 Mr Miller came to work with Miss Jacobson, who acquired the pharmacy in 1945 and after her retirement he took over the business. (1961-1988). Was a Target Chemist in the 1980s.
