c. 1905Front and side view of the house. The gabled roof of terracotta shingles extends over the verandah which wraps around the corner of the house from the front door to French doors of a projecting room. The drive and pathway to house are bordered by lawn with flower beds and shrubs.

The property was originally 'Location 621, Lots 48, 49, 50 & 51'.
First owner occupier listed was RB Creagh. Possibly built the house years earlier.
Around 1912, the family moved to Nungarin and began to rent the property.
In 1919, J Sinclair who was renting for a few years bought the property.
In 1921 it was known as 3 Goldsworthy Road, Claremont.
Later owner Frank Tupper began to subdivide the property and by 1938 the property was known as 5 Goldsworthy Road, Claremont.
