Japan baseball cap

Overview

A dark-blue baseball cap with a blue fabric-covered top button and blue thread stitched around the eyelets in the crown. Embroidered on the front panel is the letter 'J' in white thread. The inside of the crown is lined with white synthetic mesh and has a black leather sweatband. The underside of the visor is lined with dark-green fabric. The manufacturer's label indicates the cap is 100% polyester.

This cap was donated to the Baseball WA Museum & Archives by baseball umpire Ken Smith, a Life Member of the West Australian Baseball Umpires Association since 1991.
