At the bottom of the drawing is hand written in black ink "Austral terrace, Katanning". At the bottom right hand side is the signature "L.Monck".

Contextual Information

Artist: Lesley Monck. Age 15 in 1964, daughter of Muriel and Les Monck. He was the district officer, 1950 -1967/8 of Katanning water supply (the office of which is now the museum). Transferring to the "new depot" before transferring back to the Albany office.
