An illuminated address set in a light green mount and light brown wooden frame. The document records the service of W.J. Rogers as a member of the Katanning Road Board since 1923 and chairman from 1924 to 1925. The document has a green and beige background, there are two circular pictures, the one at the top is of the Katanning townsite, the other one on the left hand side is of the Katanning Flour Mill. At the bottom right hand side of the document is a painted circular picture of the Road Board seal, a golden swan in a background of blue and around the edge of the circle in black lettering "KATANNING W A ROAD BOARD"
