CITY OF ARMADALE TEASPOON
1985An ornate silver plated teaspoon with a decorated handle culminating in a circular plastic design showing the City of Armadale coat of arms, which consists of a shield divided into three sections.
The top section shows the Narrogin Inn, the left shows a vineyard, and the right the Nerrigen Brook. Around the circumference is a belt with a buckle and text; [CITY OF ARMADALE].
On the back is the maker's name.
Souvenir spoon produced to commemorate the Town of Armadale becoming the City of Armadale in 1985. The renaming of the local government from a town to a city was to acknowledge the growth of the local government area and its position as a key centre within the large south east metropolitan region.
