Tram Accommodation - Yanchep National Park

In 1933 eight trams, built in 1913 at the Midland Railway Workshops, were moved to Boomerang Gorge at Yanchep National Park to provide accommodation for sustenance workers working on projects in the park. By the late 1930s, the trams were being used to accommodate visitors.
