WWI era patriotic bone china cup

c. 1915
Overview

WWI era patriotic bone china cup with a flat base and curved sides featuring the flags of Belgium, Great Britain, France and Imperial Russia on flagpoles. Between the poles at the top is an image of the King's crown in gold and red.
The names of the countries represented by the flags appear on a scroll with black writing beneath the flags.
The rim of the cup features gold decoration, much of which has worn off. The blue colour from the French and British flags has also worn off in places and there are cracks in the china.
The base has no maker's name but there is a small red painted mark.
