Historic Buckingham House is located at 10 Neville Drive, Wanneroo. The house was built during the period 1880-1890 by the Buckingham family. Buckingham House was home to John and Emily Amelia Buckingham and their seven children until the late 1890s, after which the property was leased to various Wanneroo families, including the Ashbys and Berrimans. In the 1920s, the property was sold to Catherine Wade and later to George Tapping.
