c. 1940 - 1949A beautiful example of “best” wear cream silk underpants (lady’s knickers with wide leg opening) from the 1940s, made by the donor’s mother in South Australia.
Tan applique motifs around the legs and three separate appliqued floral motifs on outside of each leg.
