Sheep Shears

Overview

A tool with two scissor like blades at one end and at the other the handles are curved and joined by a rivet which looks like a heart shape. The trade mark is on the outside edge of the left and right blades, however the left hand blade mark is worn.

On the cutting edge of the right hand blade is etched "COMBINATION", "UTS No 1", "SHEFFIELD" Underneath the letters "UTS" is a star.
