SS SUEVIC {STEAMSHIP} & THE BRUCE {STEAM TUG}
1908Watercolour, ink and gouache on paper of the SS SUEVIC steaming into Princess Royal Harbour, with tug THE BRUCE towing a lighter alongside her.
Later to serve throughout the Great War as the Australian troopship HMAT Suevic (A29). First in the second ANZAC convoy Dec 1914 to last ferrying the wounded home in 1919.
