A watercolour, ink and gouache of the steam dredger PREMIER in Albany executed by the artist CJ Batelier. To the right of the picture, with its forward part hidden by the stern of the PREMIER, is a small steam-driven pinnace ferrying the Premiers crew. To the left is a small gaff-rigged sailboat.
