Overview

Black and white photographic image from an early 127 film negative of machinery in the W.A. Worsted & Woollen Mills Ltd (Albany) taken some time after the factory opened in the Feb 1925. This is one in a series from P2003.357-364. Based on the selection of images in this series it appears to be arranged to show the textile milling process at the Albany mill, from wool carding equipment, to yarn spinning, to weaving.
