2013Overview
Embroidered in half cross stitch on fine canvas, this miniature prayer rug with Turkish design was from a kit produced in New Zealand in 2013. Stitched by the donor in Perth.
The top had a narrow wooden rod for hanging, but was removed due to acidity. Fringed at base end.
