A flat piece of plated ferrous metal, triangular in shape with a wide trapezoidal opening at the widest end.
The centre sections is round and has a sticker with text attached to it. Below the sticker section is a fixed ring with a slight gap at the lowest portion. A split ring has been inserted through this ring.
The other side of the split ring is going through the small loop of a safety pin. The safety pin has multiple dents and bends.
