GENERAL EMBROIDERY, TABLE CLOTH
A delightful beautifully embroidered table cloth with sprays of brightly coloured red Waratah flowers, the State floral emblem of NSW.
In each corner a spray of 5 large Waratah flowers and leaves beautifully embroidered in satin stitch and long and short stitch with delicate shading. In the centre of the tablecloth, 4 single Waratah flowers formed in a circle.
Machine spoke stitch around the scalloped edge, enabling a triangular crochet edge in 12 perle cotton in a triangular design, 15 mm wide.
