Overview

As part of the EG professional development, courses have been run to encourage technique development and to push members in their creative work. This gold work picture was part of Marlene Macrae’s gold work certificate. It shows Coventry Cathedral which the artist adapted for this embroidery. It shows a variety of couched work, with a raised work gold St Michael on the front.
