PHOTOGRAPH: DAGLISH TENNIS CLUB PRIZES PRESENTATION DANCE
Image: The photographs feature the members of the Daglish Tennis Club and friends at a prizes presentation dance night held somewhere in the years between 1936-39 (the War started on 3 September 1939 and it was taken before then). The hall is in Shenton Park, possibly on the corner of Evans Street and Herbert Road. The people in the photographs are all dressed in evening clothes, the men in black tie and the women in long frocks. There is a small boy sitting on the left at the end of the front row.
