Overview

Velvet full length dress in black and teal blue. Short sleeved bodice in black with off-centre draped neckline, and with loose drape from left shoulder to waist in teal blue. This has been cut and some material removed. Waistline dropped on left side from which falls a full teal panel inverted in a straight black skirt. Formerly the property of Mrs J. Abrahams, wife of Subiaco Mayor.
