HEADLIGHT: 'BLACKOUT' DIMMERS
Two iron sheets, painted grey, World War II blackout headlight dimmers. Circular metal backing sheet with central square piece of ribbed glass held to one side of sheet with metal slots. Soldered on to the opposite side is a narrower drum like body in to the front of which is cut three parallel narrow rectangular holes. Three square sections of iron sheet run at right angles from the backing sheet and project 1.5 cm from each hole. A circular celluloid disc is set into the face above the three slots.
