Black and white print of a young woman standing next to and resting her right hand on a pedestal stand. She has a folder in her left hand and is wearing a long dress with short sleeves which are ruched around the hem of the sleeves and around the dress hem both. There is a decorative bunch of flowers on the left hand side of the bodice, the skirt and 3/4 down. Front of the bodice is ruched. She is wearing 3/4 length gloves. Facing front on left hand side rug in foreground. Wearing glasses. Palm fronds in the background top right hand corner.
