A ROWING EIGHT
A rather stained black and white photo on thick card of a rowing team of eight plus cox, on a river rowing towards a large high bridge.
This rowing eight is believed to be associated with Guildford Grammar School, Western Australia.
This is based on Guildford Grammar traditionally rowing along a narrow section of the Swan River in the vicinity of a bridge. Other private schools usually rowed on a much wider section of the river, or along sections with no bridge.
