Members of the Australian Transport Advisory Council (attending a meeting in Perth), visited the Old Gaol (Newcastle Gaol) and had lunch at the Toodyay Memorial Hall, catered by the Toodyay CWA.
An official welcome was provided by Shire President Dallas Edward Ludemann.
