The author of the note, William Frederick Waldeck (1839-84) was the son of Frederick & Fredericke Waldeck, and from 1858 farmed at Greenough.
William Ainsworth (1820-?) was a waiter convicted in 1851 of larceny. He was sent to WA on the William Jardine in 1852 (convict no.1316). He worked in various regions of the colony.
