Juan Perejuan (1831-1900) was born in Barcelona. He arrived in Western Australia with the Benedictine monks per 'La Ferrolana' in 1849. Perejuan was released from work when the mission at New Norcia was temporarily disbanded in 1850. Married Anne Farmer in Perth and moved to Greenough.
John Cross (1827-?) was convicted of breaking and entering and sent to Western Australia in 1851 (no.396).

Whilst there are numerous notes written by Perejuan in the archives, this is the only note associated with Cross, proving that he worked in Greenough.
