The book contains the minutes of the RSL from 1922 to 1930, it also include a list of members. At the back of the book is a list of members attending meetings and another list of members. The minutes are handwritten and are hand signed and dated by the chairperson.

Inscriptions and markings

On a red leather label on the spine and with gold lettering is "MINUTE BOOK".

On the inside page handwritten in black ink is "MINIUTE BOOK" and above this stamped in purple ink is "THE KATANNING & DISTRICTS LOCAL COMMITTEE OF REPATRIATION (INCORPORATED)."
