The builiding is the Katanning Railway Tennis club pavillion. On the right hand side of the photograph there is grass growing on the courts.

In the bottom right hand corner in red lettering is "24 4'02".
On the 25th August 1937 the Railway Tennis Club was given permission by the Katanning Road Board to erect a pavilion, in October that same year the Katanning Railway Club asked for trees adjacent to courts in Austral Terrace be lopped.
