The street running parallel to the bottom of the photograph is Cornwall Street, the street in the centre which comes off Cornwall Street is Beach Street. Britannia Street comes off Beach Street at the bottom of the photograph and Beach Street joins Beaufort Street. The buildings at the back left on Beaufort Street are the Water Corporation site.
