Imperials Football Premiers
1950A black and white photograph of a mens football team, includes twenty two players, and officials. In the top left and right of the photograph is a single blue and a red diagonal stripe.
In 1950 there were three football teams in Katanning; Imperials whose colours were red and blue, Wanderers whose colours were black and gold, Rovers whose colours were maroon and gold. Football was very strong at that time and games were played on the show grounds in Pemble Street, Katanning. The photograph is mounted in a cream wooden frame and it appears that the photograph is too small for the frame.
