Peter Chiffings and another person are placing new beams and reinforcing same to accommodate the delivery of equipment, new to Connor's Mill for display purposes. Peter Chiffings is leaning forwards lifting something, whilst onlooker to his left (right hand side of photo) is standing.

Historical information

A late Victorian-era working flour mill display was created in Connor's Mill in 1994 with milling equipment donated by Weston Milling after their Northam Mill had been modernised. The machines were moved, restored and installed by volunteer labour.
