POSTCARD: THELMA CONGDON, AGED ABOUT 8 YEARS
c. 1920Front: The photograph shows Thelma Congdon, daughter of Bert Congdon and Jane Trenberth, both of Subiaco. Thelma is seated cross-legged on a stool wearing a white frock with short full sleeves which has an open pattern around the hem and sleeves, and a large flat white bow on the top of her head. She wears black shoes and knee length white socks. The Congdons came to Jolimont in about 1900 and family members still live in Subiaco (as at 1988). The Trenberth family came to Catherin Street c. 1914.
