PHOTOGRAPH: LIN & JIM BRENNAN AND FAMILY
The black and white photograph shows Lin and Jim Brennan and three other family members - two ladies and a small girl - standing in front of their residence at 34 Lawler Street, on the lawn with an ivy-covered wall in the background. The side wall, verandah and picket fence of the neighbouring house are visible on the left. The females are all dressed in summer clothing of the period, with Mr Brennan in a blazer and slacks. Written on the back of the photograph are the words: 'Auntie Lin, Uncle Jim Brennan, both mother and daughter (from Sydney) - (other person friend?)' The Brennan family were the owners of the Garden Tearooms, Rokeby Road, No. 236.
