PHOTOGRAPH: HOUSE AT 34 LAWLER STREET, SUBIACO
The black and white photograph features a brick and tile house with a wooden front fence which occupies most of the photograph. The neighbouring timber house is partly visible on the right. The house has a protruding front room with a small verandah with an arched entrance alongside, and a garage on the right. The top half of the house has rendered brickwork. The house was built just after World War I for Jim Brennan, owner of the Garden Tearooms, 236 Rokeby Road, Subiaco. Torn brown paper with handwriting is glued to the back of the photograph.
