Top of pennant is attached to a white rod, with a gold braided cord attached to both ends. Gold tassels located at both ends of the cord.

It was tradition for when Rotary Clubs met they exchanged their club banners. This banner was exchanged from the Rotary Club of Bracknell. They were displayed by the Armadale Neerigen Rotary Club.
