BARTON HOME, 28 VINCENT STREET NEDLANDS
c. 1955B/W Print of Californian bungalow style house with limestone foundation, brick walls with upper portion rendered, and tile roof with finials. Front porch has rolled blinds between heavy pillars. There is an oval-shaped rose bed in the front lawn and a low fence dividing the block from the neighbour, whose brick fence borders the footpath. A young street tree obscures the adjoining house on the right.
House was built by Mrs Ida Mary Elizabeth Barton in the 1930s.
