Clive Street, Katanning
c. 1931A sepia photograph of a street in which there are verandahs in front of the shops, a man with a butchers apron on standing on the street, two horse and carts on the street. The two children in front of a shop are wearing long sleeved shirts, shorts and have no shoes on.
The photograph is taken on the south of the Post Office, which is the building which has curved arch ways. The photograph is looking west along Clive Street and the right hand side of Clive Street.

Below the picture on the front of the postcard printed in brown ink is "CLIVE STREET, KATANNING W.A. PUBLISHED BY RICHARDSON & CO. M 4553."
On the back of the postcard printed in black lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with headings "CORRESPONDENCE" and "ADDRESS ONLY" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "KODAK" at the top and bottom and the words 'AUSTRAL' on the sides. This square marks the position to put a stamp.
On the back of the postcard handwritten in dark ink is "To Auntie & Uncle. A Remembrance of your trip to Katg. From Dorothy 1931".
