This is part of a collection of items that represent the pre-1829 activities and used of the local area by the traditional owners, the Noongar Whadjuk. The collection includes the report and recovered material of an archaeological excavation
This is part of the broader evidence of continuous occupation and industries of the Noongar dialect groups who lived along the Swan Coastal Plain. Archaeological evidence indicates over 30,000 years of Noongar occupation and industries in the COA region. Part of the archaeological surveys conducted from 2015 to the present on the land being developed for sale, this survey is one of a series of investigations of material related to the larger development. The survey is located within the Haynes/Sienna Wood residential development in the City of Armadale (COA), by Stockland.
