A small, rectangular plaque with two embedded pennies to its righthand side.
Gold plastic plate inscribed with [ROTARY CLUB OF KELMSCOTT 25th. ANNIVERSARY 1976-2001]. A inscription of the Rotary International wheel is to the left of the plate. The plate also holds two copper coloured pennies, both have a kangaroo and a seven sided star and [AUSTRALIA 1945 PENNY]. The initials [KG] are above the kangaroos tail on both pennies. The pennies can be removed from the plate and contain dried glue on the back of each. Both coins present a picture of King George VI and read [GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN: REX F:D: IND: IMP.]
