SHOEHORN - FROM DRESSING CASE

Overview

Metallic, polished shoe horn, tear-drop rounded shaped handle, flattened metal blade tapers out from handle with rounded end. Body of the blade has a slight concave shape along its length. Makers mark stamped on handle.

Historical information

The dressing set was given to Mrs L. Furness in 1913 as a farewell gift when she left England for Australia.
