Believed to have been taken as promotional material for the Toodyay Tourist Centre, who managed many events and festivals at Toodyay during the 1980s and 1990s.
They are a similar type to other photos taken at events during this period (e.g. group of 51 photos taken at the 1985 Moondyne Festival acc no's 2012.61a-ap) which are also assumed to have been produced for the same purpose. In 1998 the Toodyay Tourist Centre Inc. amalgamated with the Shire of Toodyay and its assets were transferred to the Shire including, it is assumed, these photos.
